Teams

The volume of team tennis played at Westside is the highest of any club in the county, and
probably one of the highest of any club in the UK. During the 2009 summer season our teams
played over 180 fixtures and will play at least half as many again over the winter season.

This is also matched by the standard of the competitive tennis played at the club. We
have high performing teams in both the Surrey County and National Club Leagues and
run weekly team practice sessions to help our team players keep their game up between
matches.

Men's Teams

National Club League

Westside enters 3 men's teams in the National Club League. Our 1st team are in National
Division 1 - South Region and our 2nd team are in County Division 1.

Surrey County League

We have 9 teams in the Surrey County League during both the summer and winter
seasons, 7 of which are in the top 9 divisions in the county.

We also enter several teams in the County Knockout Cup in both the summer and winter
seasons.

Veterans County League

We also have one team in the Surrey County Veterans League who play in Division 1.

Ladies Teams

National Club League

Westside enters 3 ladies teams in the National Club League. Our 1st team are in National
Division 1 - South East Region and our 2nd and 3rd teams are in County Divisions 1 & 2
respectively.

Surrey County League

We have 7 teams in the Surrey County League during both the summer and winter
seasons, 5 of which are in the top 6 divisions in the county.

We also enter several teams in the County Knockout Cup in both the summer and winter
seasons.

Veterans County League

We also have 2 teams in the Surrey County Veterans League who play in Divisions 2 & 3
respectively.

Midweek Daytime League

Westside enters 4 teams in the Surrey County Midweek Daytime League, of which our 1st
and 2nd teams are both in Division 1.

Westside enters 4 teams in the Surrey County Mixed League over the summer season, of
which the top 3 teams are in Divisions 1, 2 & 3 respectively.
